Documents Required for Nepalese Citizens:
1. Passport:
- A valid passport with at least 6 months validity from the date of intended travel.
- At least two blank pages for visa stamps.
- A copy of the passport bio-data page (the page with your photo and details).
2. Visa Application Form:
- Duly filled and signed Malaysia visa application form (can usually be downloaded from the embassy or visa center website).
- Ensure all details are accurate and match the information on your passport.
3. Passport-Sized Photos:
- 2 recent passport-sized photos (35mm x 50mm) with a white background.
- Photos must be taken within the last 6 months and should clearly show your face.
4. Round-Trip Flight Tickets:
- Confirmed round-trip flight reservation showing entry and exit dates from Malaysia.
5. Hotel Booking or Accommodation Proof:
- Confirmed hotel booking or a letter of invitation from a host in Malaysia, detailing the accommodation address.
- If staying with friends or family, provide a letter of invitation along with a copy of their passport or Malaysian residence permit.
6. Financial Proof:
- Bank statements from the last 3 to 6 months, showing sufficient funds to cover your stay in Malaysia.
- The financial balance should reflect at least USD 500–1,000 (approximately NPR 70,000–140,000) for the duration of the stay.
- Salary slips (if employed) or other financial documents proving income.
7. Employment Letter (for Employees):
- A no-objection letter or leave letter from your employer stating your position, salary, and approval for leave during the trip.
8. Business Documents (for Self-Employed Applicants):
- Business registration certificate or business license and tax documents.
9. Student Documents (for Students):
- A student ID card and a letter from the school/university verifying your enrollment.
- For minors or children traveling, parents must also provide a no-objection letter or consent from both parents.
10. Travel Itinerary:
- A detailed travel itinerary outlining the places you will visit, duration of stay in each location, and activities planned during your visit to Malaysia.
11. Travel Insurance:
- Proof of travel insurance covering your medical expenses for the duration of your stay in Malaysia (optional but highly recommended).
12. Copy of Citizenship Certificate or ID Card:
- A copy of your Nepalese citizenship certificate or ID card as proof of your nationality.
13. Additional Documents (for Special Cases):
- For Children traveling without both parents: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent(s) not traveling, and a copy of their passport or ID.
- For Sponsored Trips: If someone else is sponsoring your trip, a sponsorship letter along with their financial proof.
