For many travelers, navigating the complexities of visa applications can be daunting, especially for international travel to countries with strict entry requirements. Surreal Holidays simplifies this process by offering comprehensive visa consultation and processing services. They guide clients through the required documentation, application procedures, and embassy appointments, ensuring that everything is done in accordance with the specific regulations of the destination country. Documents Required for Nepalese Citizens:
1. Passport:
- Must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
- Should have at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.
- For children, a separate passport is required, or they must be endorsed in their parent’s passport if applicable.
2. Visa Application Form:
- Duly filled and signed visa application form.
- A separate application is needed for each applicant, including children.
3. Passport-Sized Photos:
- 2 recent passport-sized photos (4×6 cm) with a white background.
- No hats, sunglasses, or heavy makeup.
- The photo must be taken within the last 6 months.
4. Round-Trip Flight Tickets:
- Confirmed round-trip flight bookings showing travel in and out of Thailand.
5. Hotel Reservation:
- Proof of accommodation in Thailand (hotel booking, invitation letter from a host, or travel itinerary).
- For family or children traveling together, joint bookings showing names are preferred.
6. Financial Proof:
- Bank statements from the last 3-6 months showing sufficient funds to cover your stay in Thailand.
- For a single applicant: At least 20,000 THB (approx. NPR 80,000).
- For a family: At least 40,000 THB (approx. NPR 160,000).
- If a child is traveling, parents or guardians should provide proof of financial means.
7. Invitation Letter (if applicable):
- If staying with friends or family in Thailand, an invitation letter along with a copy of the inviter’s passport or Thai ID.
8. Employment/Student Verification:
- For Employed Applicants: A letter from your employer verifying your position and leave for the trip.
- For Self-Employed Applicants: A copy of your business registration certificate and tax documents.
- For Students: A letter from your school or university confirming your enrollment.
9. No Objection Letter (for Children and Female Applicants):
- For Children traveling without both parents: A notarized No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the parent(s) who are not traveling, or a court order in case of sole custody.
- For Married Female Applicants: In some cases, a No Objection Letter from the spouse may be required (though this depends on the consulate’s rules).
10. Birth Certificate (for Children):
- For children, a birth certificate is required to verify parentage.
11. Marriage Certificate (for Married Couples):
- If a married couple is applying together, a marriage certificate may be required to verify the relationship.
12. Travel Insurance:
- Proof of travel insurance covering medical expenses, with coverage of at least $100,000 USD.
- It is especially recommended during the post-pandemic period.
